1. Who we are

Safar e Mubarik is a tour operator based in Lahore, licensed by the Department of Tourist Services, Punjab (DTS licence No. [DTS licence number], company registration [SECP or NTN number]). Our office is at 3rd floor, 16-R, Ex Air Avenue, Block R, DHA Phase 8, Lahore 54000.

This policy explains what we do with the details you give us when you plan or book a trip, and what this website does and doesn’t do.

2. What we collect

This website collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, and nothing you type into it is sent to us or to anyone else. The trip planner only prepares a WhatsApp message, which you choose whether to send.

What you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or in person: your name and number, who is travelling with you, your children’s ages, your dates and anything else you tell us about the trip.

CNIC or passport details for each traveller, only where a hotel or a checkpoint on the route requires them.

Records of the payments you make to us: the amount, the date and how you paid (cash or bank transfer).

3. Why we collect it

To plan and price your trip, confirm your seats and rooms, keep you informed before and during the trip, and meet what hotels, checkpoints and the law require.

We don’t use your details for anything else, and we only send you news of other trips if you ask us to.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your booking details and our messages for two years after your trip, so we can help with any question about it.

We keep payment records for as long as tax law requires. CNIC and passport details are deleted once the trip is over.

5. Who we share it with

Only what each of them needs, with the hotels, drivers and guides on your trip, and with the authorities where the law requires it, for example at a checkpoint.

We never sell your details, and never share them for advertising.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them once we no longer need them for your booking or by law.

7. Cookies, analytics and your browser

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. Its fonts and images are served by the website itself. The one thing that comes from another company is the map of our office on the About and Contact pages, from Google (see “Third parties”).

The trip planner keeps your trip answers (destinations, dates, group size and the like) in this browser’s storage, so they’re still there if you reload the page or come back later. They never leave your device unless you send them in a WhatsApp message. Your name, number, best time to call and notes are never stored.

To remove the saved answers, press “Plan another trip” at the end of the planner, or clear this site’s data in your browser’s settings.

8. Third parties

WhatsApp is run by a separate company, with its own privacy policy. When you tap a WhatsApp button, your message goes through WhatsApp, and what happens to it there is covered by WhatsApp’s policy, not ours.

The About and Contact pages show our office on a Google map. The map loads from Google when you scroll near it, so Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. What Google does with them is covered by Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy), not ours.

“Get directions” and “Open in Google Maps” take you to Google Maps itself. WhatsApp isn’t contacted until you tap one of its buttons.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we update this page and the date at the top.

If this website ever adds a cookie, analytics or a form that sends your details anywhere, this policy will say so first.
