Four days in the Kaghan valley, its lakes and its high pass
We drive up the Kaghan valley along the Kunhar River to Naran, our base for three nights. From there it is a short jeep ride to Lake Saiful Muluk under Malika Parbat.
On the third day we go higher, past Lulusar Lake to Babusar Top, where the road tops out at over 4,000 metres before we come back down for dinner.

Questions people ask before booking
Is the upper valley open on our dates?
The road above Naran to Lulusar and Babusar Top usually opens in June and closes by late September. Outside those months we change the third day to the lower valley.
What is the jeep ride to Saiful Muluk like?
About 45 minutes each way on a rough, steep track, in local jeeps with drivers who do it every day. It isn’t long, but it is bumpy; tell us if anyone in your group gets travel sick.
How do payment and the advance work?
Pay a 30% advance to confirm your seats, by cash or bank transfer. The balance is due 7 days before departure. You get a receipt on WhatsApp for every payment.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel 14 or more days before departure for a full refund of your advance. Between 7 and 13 days, 50% is refunded. Within 7 days the advance is non-refundable. If we cancel a departure, you get a full refund or a free move to another date.
Can we travel with children?
Yes. Children aged 5 and over count as travellers; younger children share their parents’ room free. Tell us their ages when you book and we’ll plan the stops around them.
